Return & Refund

Please be sure to send all returns with the returns form (download here)
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right
to cancel your order for any item purchased from SP-Aesthetics for a full
refund.

Order cancellations must be made via email within 7 working days of the day
after you ordered the goods. However, if your order has already been processed
and shipped, you will be liable for the return of the order.

Refunds are processed within 14 days. Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. After that, it takes 1-2 days to make the refund to your payment account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.

Unfortunately, we don't exchange products, but you can always refuse delivery or return unwanted items for a refund, and then place a new order.

Refunds are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy, and are not available for personalised and customised items.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or it is simply not the product you ordered, please email customercare@sp-aesthetics.com with photos of the faulty/incorrect item and do our best to get your item replaced as soon as possible.

We will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items. We will only refund your delivery costs if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
